Delete your account
You can delete your Lissia account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open You, then Delete my account, and confirm. Your account is closed and everything that is only yours is deleted, on your device and on our server: transactions, categories, accounts, settings and keys. If you share a household, you leave it and the others keep their data. This takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Without an account
If you never signed in, your data exists only on your device. Deleting the app, or clearing the browser’s data for app.lissia.app, deletes it.
What we keep
Nothing about your budget. Records of payments may have to be kept by Apple, Google or Stripe for as long as the law requires.
